Support from Te Matarau:
Te Matarau supported Payton with his CV and cover letter, job searching and applications, connecting with employers, handing out CVs, interview preparation, and ongoing employment support. He was also supported with his driver licence pathway, including gaining his Restricted Licence and completing Defensive Driving training, as well as Working at Heights training and PPE gear to help him prepare for employment.
Te Matarau connected Payton with Croft Poles & Timber, where he successfully gained employment.
